This mostly open, gently rolling property has a grove of fast-growing young pine trees ringing the homesite. It won’t be long before you are nestled in a thick pine forest. A power line runs through the property, making electricity easily accessible. The scattered hardwood trees offer plenty of shade to sit under and enjoy a warm breeze. This native grassland could provide either a park-like setting or pasture for your livestock.

Montauk State Park is just 20 minutes to the east of the property. If you love to fish for trout, this is the perfect place. Located at the headwaters of The Current River, you will find some of the best rainbow trout fishing around. They also have a fish hatchery, cabins, camping spots, and public access to the river. This state park consists of about 3,000 acres.
