This land is your typical Missouri land, with just the right amount of slope. You will find that some of the clearing is relatively level, but the land does slope down to the west. This rural location provides excellent views and an abundance of wildlife.

Bryant Creek is located just up the road about 3-5 miles. There is a public access point here, and the Monk Monastery bakes their fruit cakes here. Rockbridge is also just down the road. Enjoy the trout fishing, the old Grist Mill, the restaurant, and cabins for rent. Ava, Mo, is your closest town with everyday amenities.
