As you pull into the drive, at the end of the easement road, you will see the perfect spot overlooking the river to put up a gazebo or pavilion. Across the drive is the building site, with an impressive view of the small valley to the east. The clearing is hidden from the easement road, giving you a sense of seclusion with easy access. An ATV trail leads you back to an excellent level area about the center of the property. The remainder of the parcel slopes to the east and is forested with tall pines and hardwood trees.
